March continues to be a consistent with the month of February where the number are relatively the same. We saw an improvement in the number of visits We are hoping to improve on our numbers going into April.
Highlights include:

* On average per day we received 142 visits per day |

Our numbers are in for January 2007 and despite it being a month where people are not really thinking about housing we did pretty well.

Now that we have completed our website, this is the year we will start to build serious traffic for it.
We have started many initiatives to get the job done through different marketing channels including cold callings, flyers, email marketing, posting in public places and launching of our newsletter, both electronic and hardcopy to be distributed to selected location within the Toronto core and GTA. |

Summer Market Remains Steady Through August!
Resale home transactions remained robust in the first half of August, as mid-month figures showed a three per cent increase over the same timeframe last year, Toronto Real Estate Board President Dorothy Mason announced today.
The 3,290 sales to mid-month surpassed the 3,196 sales recorded to mid-August 2005, while prices increased four per cent over the same timeframe to $333,396 at mid-month.

Sales Pick Up in May
Resale housing activity in the first half of May was three per cent higher than mid-May a year ago, Toronto Real Estate Board President John Meehan announced today.
In the first half of the month, 4,522 homes changed hands compared to the 4,367 transactions recorded in mid-May 2005. Sales also increased by nine per cent over the first half of last month.

2006 Begins with a Bang!
During the first month of the year the resale housing market was ten per cent more active than it was in January 2005, Toronto Real Estate Board President John Meehan announced today.
The 4,587 transactions during the month of January also made it the second-best January ever recorded.
"Overall, this is a very encouraging performance for this time of year. Last year finished as a record, so to be ahead of that pace early on shows that the market has a lot of stability heading into the busier spring months," Mr. Meehan said. |

The first half of January resulted in 1,508 resale home sales in the Greater Toronto Area, Toronto Real Estate Board President John Meehan announced today.
"As usual, activity in the post-holiday season market is more moderate than during the peak spring months, but so far it is running at a normal pace for this time of year," Mr. Meehan said. “Sales typically accelerate during the second half of the month and into February as the spring market begins to warm up." |
